About Us

Adam Roth is a man of many talents: teacher, administrator, general contractor, and founder and president of one of the largest printing companies of its kind in the Chicago area. After leaving the city, Adam has been enjoying rural living in Candy Kitchen Ranch for the past ten years, and welcomes you to enjoy this natural lifestyle as well. 

His passion, his energy and ambitions are reflected in his personal life through his love of cross-country bicycling.  In his spare time, you will find Adam exploring the back roads of Candy Kitchen Ranch or the Cibola National Forest.  You may see Adam cycling on scenic Highway 53, the “Ancient Way” past the El Morro National Monument and El Malpais on the way to Grants, New Mexico; or to Zuni Pueblo and Gallup, New Mexico.  Adam enjoys the slow-paced, relaxed life of rural New Mexico.  Adam loves bicycling as an alternative way to view the rugged beauty of the New Mexico landscape in a way not possible through high-speed travel.  He enjoys stopping along the way to view the wildflowers, deer, elk, antelope, and vibrant red-rock mesas,  

To share the outdoors with disadvantaged youth in the area, Adam founded a local chapter of Trips for Kids®. www.tripsforkids.org    On weekends, you may see Adam sharing his passion with youth cycling groups, many of whom have never had the opportunity to ride a bike in the great outdoors.
